my face recently start to looking falling down with a very visible asolabial fold at young age and i really want to fix it but none of the tiktok tutorials worked so pls help me

usually recession, can be collagen loss though so try tretinoin and eat bone marrow, if it doesnt improve after say 3-4 months then its recession and the fix are paranasal + premaxillary implants or djs ( if qualified )

maxillary recession / paranasal, technically could be fat pad related but presumably you're not old enough for that to be a cause

i dont think my maxilla is recessed but its probably flat tho, does flat maxilla cause asolabial fold?

Nasolabial folds can be caused by a variety of reasons such as fat, acne or lack of collagen in the skin.

Losing fat and/or applying tretinoin to get some blackheads out of that area may help reduce the severity of the nasolabial folds.
