How to fix assymetrical eyelid ?

its not my sphenoid
its not by lazy eye
its not by upper eyelid exposure
the problem is the eyelid
the other one has crease and the other one doesnt
feels like western from the left
and chinese onthe right
pls help it makes my two eyes smaller and bigger
