How to fix asymmetrical buccal fat distribution?

So my left side has always been more lean than my right,probably invisible asymmetry to normies but its still bothering me

Is buccal fat removal my only solution?

I think most people have slight asymmetry tbh

My right side is just a tad bit leaner as well

Indeed they do,some tend to be more unnoticeable by others,but mine is still bothering me
