I have been sleeping on my back since the day I was born, yet I still have an asymmetrical face. One side of my face kind of droops while the other is much more tighter. Would using a gua sha upwards and outwards fix this?

Forward some threads that could help me out.

it might be a chewing problem so chew hard foods and mastic gum on the recessed side

If it's genetic then there is nothing you can do besides surgery
Okay, I will go ahead and do my research on them.

Also how important is asymmetry? There’s just no way people actually see how one of my eyes are higher than the other or one side of my face is more droopy. People point out Yael Shelbia’s asymmetries all the time, her’s is more unfortunate because it’s in the jaw.

Either that or TMJ. When I was in 10th grade about 2 years ago, I would chew Falim gum and rotate each side every single day until the end of the school year. So, I kind of doubt it’s a chewing problem.
