How to fix asymmetrical maxilla?

My right side looks okay, it's full of life, not flat, handsome and masculine, but my left side looks like recessed goblin. I'm 18, is it possible to fix it only with MARPE? I can get free surgery, such as bimax or BSSO, but it will take about 2-3 years for the queue and preparation. My mandible is also misaligned because of a severe deep bite, so I will need surgery anyway. Can bimax fix my maxilla?

It’s not fixable, trust me. I’ve spent many years researching facial asymmetry on the internet since I was 15 (I’m 19 now), and the only option is bimax surgery, which can correct upper jaw asymmetry. But if you have asymmetry in the eyes, cheekbones, etc., that can’t be fixed at all

Any lefort osteotomy will most likely fix asymmetry stemming from maxilla depending on where the asymmetry is.
