how to fix asymmetry??

im not a shitty ass asymmetrycel but I do have assymwetries on jaw and eye area, any tip?

work on your posture it helps a lot, if it doesnt help you then try c1 atlas alignment

There are pretty good tutorials for how to fix it on youtube look it up there

If it's a muscular balance or there is like muscle tightness on one side then it's fixable

If it's a skeletal issue you need surgery

But 99% of the time facial asymmetry isn't noticeable by normal people

symmetry does not even matter that much js do the basics chewing equally both sides, check if u have any dental issues such as a crossbite which causes one side of the jaw to look rounded. Everyone got asymmetry mine was due to neck dominance and uneven masseters. Uneven eyes may be due to ptosis or sphenoid torsion.
