How to fix back skin

I’m not definite what’s wrong with my back and why it doesn’t look normal however today I got prescribed accutane for the 2nd time at 10mg daily for 2 months before going up.
I believe my back issues are hyperpigmentation scars as I don’t have regular deep scarring mixed with lingering acne.
Please tell me what can I do to improve it.

If you look deeply at my back I only have 2/3 active pimples the rest of the blemishes are just hyperpigmentation, freckles or other. So what can be done to fix this?
