My eyes have the “prey eye” look a little bit and was wondering if theres any way to help that without surgery

U pretty much need surgery unless it's an issue with ur health indicators

Its only temporary (some theories suggest it may increase density, which would be irrelevant aesthetically)

Btw by "prey eyes", i assumed u mean low eye aspect ratio
