How to fix bad eye area?

Eye area is cooked nct and scarred right eye brow from accident how would I go about making this better plus eye bags 14m 8hrs of sleep everyday side sleeping

right eyebrow well looks like left im not sure why image isnt flipped its proper way taken on camera app but it split open last year due to an accident to my eyebrow, better image here i cant fix shaping of my eyebrow without it splitting back open

Curl the eyelashes - they're currently drooping and hiding your lateral canthus, which makes your canthal tilt appear lower than it really is.

Not to mention that curling your eyelashes would hide your already low UEE.

On top of that you could fraudmax by using concealer for your under-eyes, clear mascara for the lashes, tightlining for the lashes, etc.
