How to fix bad posture?

My posture is not terrible but its making lose like 1 inchish height and i heard that improving posture can help ascend your face. Everyone talks about fixing your posture but how the heck do you actually do it

Do u have flat feet (weak feet) that could be a problem if u had posture problems for a long time and dont find a way to fix it.I have flat feet too and they destroy my posture .But idk how to fix them .All I could find on the internet seems like cope or si too complicated and all cope exercises i did didnt help me a bit

You can use special pads on the shoes they make you like 1 or 2 cm taller too it will change your feet and make it back to normal the flat feet is usually get from walking too much with uncomfortable shoes I also suggest grounding on grass and on plains it naturally have curves that'll help you out also grounding Is one of the best softmax

Haha good luck bro go to chiropractor and they'll give it to you as I know that's how it works In Europe me personally never had flat feet as I live in village and ground a lot but one of my close friends did and he explain me a lot for this
