How to fix bald spot on eyebrow???

I got bald spot on my eyebrow because I fucked up by trying to give myself a eyebrow slit and shaved half of my eyebrow, but when it's grow back, I see that I have some bald spot in my eyebrow, I don't think the hair follicles is died yet, because there still some small hair, it's just not growing as much as the other hair do, and I didn't pluck or wax the eyebrow,I just accidentally shave it

Can hair growth oil like castor oil for example help it grow? Or a minoxidil? I just need it to grow the same length as the other

But does using minoxidil can fucked up my growth?.... Is there any side effect?
