High forehead is fine as long as your natural hairline especially the center does not thin out and recede. Be glad you don't have a LOW forehead, those are rated the lowest in studies. Moderate/moderate-high seems to be more "ideal" but high is still rated very high on otherwise attractive faces. Being low-browed/low foreheaded is like an insult for stupidity across different languages and cultures across the world for a reason(associated with smaller brain and lower IQ even "instinctively"). You can be glad you don't look as stupid/low IQ on first impression. 
Anyway for hair obviously finasteride/dutasteride + minoxidil is the way to go, most anything else are copes. Better to start early to prevent and maintain than wait for eventual further progression and later as you get older have increasingly better hair relative to peers, it gets more OP the older you get. I found dutasteride had way less sides than finasteride for me personally and 0.5 mg at 2-3x a week it is just as good if not still better than fin anyway and for some like me less side-effects too lol. Hell even on fin though 0.25 mg 2-3x a week can already work too, or splitting 5 mgs into quarters and take 2-3x a week or whatever, which makes it dirt cheap. Actually both fin and dut are dirt cheap drugs for all the benefits you can get (hair, clearer skin, preventing BPH, generally anti-aging and good for skin generally).
