how to fix bloating?

when i wake up my face looks very bloated it fixes itself in a few hours is there any fix for this?
it didnt happen before maybe started happening a few weeks ago

directly putting ice rapes it, do so indirectly, or eat like no salts basically, i have the same prob i cut down my sodium, started drinking water, and coffee(it debloates sm ppl) and it semi worked
