How to fix body dysmorphia

I have severe body dysmorphia including face dysmorphia.

Probably worse than everyone here asphyxiation
How do I fix it? I’m trying rope coz I can’t see any other solution. Me right now:

It’s not about being fat it’s about like trying to look at certian way facial aesthetics and phenotype wise but I don’t fully look like that I would have to change my genes but I can’t
