How to fix bottom eyelid

Obviously this isn’t my eye, but how do I fix the highlighted part of my eye? It’s slightly droopy and I noticed when I pull that part a little up/sideways my eyes are much more appealing.
I could squint but that doesn’t fix the shape just how tall my eye is, that highlighted section is slightly drooping, it’s very discrete but it’s enough for me to notice it and I want to some how fix it because I feel like my eye appeal will automatically be better.
I would consider surgery but I am not quite old enough to get surgery, so right now I’m hoping for some home remedy?

Depends, in fat grafting there’s the chance not that much fat survives to integrate into tissue which leads to the common problem of “temporary surgery”, implants are excessive but a guarantee

Can literally just get a touchup, I have friends who have undergone fat grafting and the results are still prominent.
