How to fix brachy skull

I have a brachy skull, but have been told it has some meso features. My two main failos are my lower third and eye area, I’ll probably just bone smash orbitals, but i still have the problem of a flat lower third, which destroys me. Any surgeries for this?

isn't brachy what you want? bone smash does not work

Plus it looks weird, having such a fat jaw, most people have v shape

Great bones, and you’re not noticeably very brachy. I would do something for those moles tho, get middle part flow haircut or curtains and u should be fine.

Mesocephaly is ideal, but brachy leaning meso or dolico is alright too. Being very brachycephalic is not ideal though.

Well technically depending on how brachy you are, if ur gl and have slight brachycephaly it really doesn’t matter

Yeah your supras are good, your orbital boxes are just very close to each other, to solve this you could get an orbital box osteotomy.

You could also get a lip augmentation.

Your bones and pheno are really good, so this might get your into chad territory :heart:

I might just get lips done lol, obo is so extreme. What good is a handsome face if you cant see it. Thx tho

I might get a beard when im older to mask philtrum, gonial angle, and flat lower third. But if you have any advice to fix the flatness of my gonial angle and lower third id take it,
