How to fix buccul fat and undefined nose

Many people say buccul fat is 1 or my biggest flaws with my lower third what do I do to improve and also how do I get my skin clear? Should I dyed eye brows and what else should I do to improve?

Visit an orthodontist.

Looks to me like you have a mild case of bimaxillary protrusion.

As for skin look into tretinoin or accutane.
