lose fat, for temporary fix use coal strips on ur nose, and hydrocortisone I heard that works but I haven’t tried it personally

depends on whats causing it

thick alar cartilage > tip refinement rhinoplasty is the actual fix
excess soft tissue > defatting can help in selected cases but dont expect miracles lol
weak tip support > a columellar strut or tip graft gives more projection and definition
wide alar base > alar base reduction if the nostrils are flared too

no nose exercises, pressing, taping, etc. wont permanently reshape nasal cartilage,
surgery is the only real ascension

U can change ur nose with exercises btw

not really. u can change how your nose looks temporarily w pressure, swelling, makeup, lighting, etc., but exercises arent going 2 permanently reshape the underlying nasal cartilage/bone, they arent a legit substitute
