How to fix bump on hyoid?

I have this annoying fucking bump on my hyoid when I mew which I attribute to a narrow palate. Would getting a lower bodyfat % fix this or am I coping, i have an appointment with my ortho to get a consultation for braces and palate expander, or is it something to do with my tongue posture or something entirely different?

genetic sadly, yes weight loss and mewing posistions will help lessen it but nothing outside of a face lift will truly change the structure
