How to fix CCW post pubertal without surgery

Im 20 years old, I got a terrible gonial angle it really fucks everything up.. Im ok with screws plates or that type of shit,Im going to an orthodontist next week Im wondering If there are ways to do CCW at my age.

I have talks on Bimax with a surgeon in my country however I dont really know when I'll get that and I dont wanna be stuck w this jaw till then
