I meant when you get the bimax do you have to ask to include ccw

no. bimax it self should fix the problem. it pushes the maxilla a little bit more forward and lenghtens ur jaw. i mean ig lefort 2 is the best option if ur jaw isnt recessed but it only targets maxilla and not the mandible so im not really sure if it fixes cww rotation. best fix for is to just get ramus and gonial implants.
