How to fix cheekbone asymmetry

On my left side, my cheekbone protrudes forward more than the right but is narrower than on the right and lower set, I am 16 and can PM pics if it helps

bruh you aren't just gonna be able to do a 5 min DIY at home to fix it
asymmetry is difficult to fix but it's quite irrelevant unless it's really bad

Looking at photos of when I was a kid, 8 years old, both my cheekbones were set at the same height, however my nose was always blocked so I breathed through my mouth which caused the left one to move down? I chewed on my right side always

Right ramus is slightly longer and right side of jaw is slightly wider(in terms of bones), thankfully my eyes maintained nearly all symmetry, my browridge on the right is a bit more forward grown but not very noticeable

It's probably congenital but starts to be noticable around puberty. easiest way to tell what happens via CT scan. without CT, we can only guess.

Mouse breathing+ sleeping and chewing on that side caused the assymetry.

Ive been mewing for the past six months and nose breathing after finally clearing up my nose and noticed my left cheekbone moved a bit higher, If I continue this will my face continue to become more symmetrical?

Well if your left cheekbone moved higher then continue the mew. Soon God willing your assymetries will be fixed, mewing rescues.

Is that the one the dentists do? I got referred to a private orthodontist by NHS to fix my teeth(generally straight but one on the top right has moved back a tiny bit) and they took a 3d scan of my face to see if braces would fuck my face up I think

Try to get that data. Most likely they only scanned your jaws tho and not your cheekbones and midface
