How to fix chin recession

I am 14 and my chin is recessed and I have a short ramus I also have downward growth so might it be the cause for my recessed chin? My lips are pretty fine and equal its just my chin that's the problem. Any methods on how I can atleast promote some growth without surgery or pinning?

Firstly , since you are 14 ;that means you didn't grow up yet and you cannot say if you recessed or no (except if your recession is fully visible like your maxilla or jaw).
