That won't fix it bro. Look at his entire maxilla. He needs lefort 2 minimum. Maybe even lefort 3 if you look at his recessed browridge. Though i think lefort 2 + supras can fix this as the eyes do not appear to be bulging outwards so that's good. Lefort 2 is still a possible surgery but he needs to save up a lot and then get lucky to get a decent surgeon to perform it.
