how to fix cracky voice

I screamed alot in cod matches during puberty and i think i ruined my sound cord, my voice sounds rlly funny and even worse on mic and recordings. Anyone else have this issue? i dont even pick up phone calls anymore due to this

When I pull my upper part of the larynx from the lower part of the larynx APART with my fingers for 5-10 minutes and then stop I get a way deeper voice.
