how to fix crowding without harming bone structure

I had braces from 12-13 which fixed my heavily crowded teeth but i stopped wearing my retainers and as a result got slight crowding in my lower palate as pictured. i want to have straight teeth again without harming my bones which i’ve generally heard braces have done. my maxilla is forwardly grown but my mandible is slightly recessed and downward grown, my upper palate isnt really crowded as my lower palate which is visible in the fact that my jaw is quite narrow. how to fix?

I forgot to add I am currently 17
