If it's caused by hormones like DHT then any degree of reversal can't be achieved without meds.

do you air dry your hair? do you know you have curly hair and aren't giving it enough moisture? unless you bake out in the sun all day or colour your hair a lot, it's not likely that ur hair is damaged...

what temp you showering? warm/hot showers can damage your hair and dry out scalp, at most use lukewarm temp

Shower at medium temperature and dont rub your head like a clit when you dry your hair. Maybe consider a lil bit of oil like castor, but it can easily just look greasy

Go to a dermatologist who specializes in hair would be my main recommendation, otherwise buy oral minoxidil and administer a conservative dose along a high-protein high-fat diet with low inflammation foods, DYOR on what that means but yeah this should work if the derm isn’t an option for you
