how to fix dark circles on inner half of eye? implants? cream? [pics]

pic rel I have dark circles on the inner half of my eye. Is it caused by bone? should I buy some expensive cream? Been using tretinoin and sunscreen on the area for months with no improvement. I get enough sleep. also how else should I improve my eyes

would the implants fix them as they are only half under my eye and also above my eye? most people who get implants have scleral show but I have never had that.

I still have dark circles but i think thats just my phenotype, it did improve my eye area significantly making them less buggy.
