how to fix dark circles/tear throughs under your eyes?

is there a surgery for this?

99% of advice on the internet is bullshit about sleep, but I've been having them since I was a little kid, so it's obviously bones. i've read that it comes with recession on these forums, but i'm not recessed, my lower third and face overall (zygos, browridge) are developed

it's not that severe, but i'd probably be a strong 7 facially without them

Infection, risk damaging eye nerves if the implant also has a saddle component(generally want one).

Usually the same risks that come with any surgery, damage to the eyes is particularly scary but it shouldn’t happen as long as your surgeon is skilled and not a complete retard

You can always get fat grafts if your infras are not indian tier

Under Eye Area and Under Chin Area MAXXING

This is my first thread so bear with me if it's formatted terribly. I came to this board for two reasons, tear trough in under eye area and a low hyoid/slight double chin. They have both been resolved through persistent research and experimentation through a combo of what I found on this board...

they are not too bad, it's just that I don't have any other facial flaws. nothing else to fix.

Yeah imo if they are not that bad a good permanent fix that will also help with under eye area ageing better is fat graft but good short term solutions are concealer and bb tinted cream
