How to fix dark circles?

Nothing really works for me I've tried caffeine serum retinol and icing but doesn't really do anything, I think its genetic and the dark curcles go up the sides from my nose to my upper eyelid area how do I fix it is it thin skin? Recessed infra orbital?? Genetic? Pls help

Dark eye circles are caused by stress. Your either not getting enough sleep (waking up to an alarm like a slave), not eating nutrient dense foods (red meat), or stressed in your day to day live (working a slave job). Quit all caffeine and stimulants.

I don't do stimulants or caffeine, not that stressed, but my diet and sleep def need improvements. I've had it since like 11 so I think it's genetic
