Retinoids every night will make it better also derma stamp on under eye but be careful with this advice cuz if u do it wrong ur fucked

its probably because of recessed infraorbital or lack of fat in that area. Nothing will work except surgery, unless you are sleep deprived or have some sort of other health issue that's causing it (like allergies for example)
