Rhino I guess but I would not even worry about it if I were you. It kind of halos you. Maybe not In real life but it looks kind of good.

Lowering bodyfat can sometimes reveal more of the shape for both front and side, but if you don't have the underlying structure will prolly need rhino.

also, this is kinda anecdotal but I believe that there may be fat pads in the face other than buccal cheek fat that cannot be influenced by losing subcutaneous fat, as I am less lean than I was around 6 months ago yet my nose bridge is noticeably more defined than previously.
