How to fix downgrowth and recessed chin?

I'd need to see scans but you don't look recessed. either your chin (but not your jaw) is recessed, or you are not recessed at all but downgrown, or you are recessed but in that case this would mean that your lower teeth are extremely proclined, otherwise your lips position wouldn't make sense.

again, i'd need to see scans. but if you opted for bimax, it would be a tricky case because essentially you would need no advancement at all, just some rotation, and many surgeons are not experienced with these cases. depending on your scans, perhaps you could get away with just a genio.

other than surgery there is nothing you can do except for fillers, which are also expensive because you'd need to get them every year.

a chin implant maybe?If you do genio you will end up with a pointy chin and it looks uncanny.For the downward growth i dont know if they do ccw alone
