How to fix downward growth and is my maxilla and infras recessed

Im 18 and sick of this downward growth. i currently dont mouth breath and have proper tongue posture so i dont know if its genetic or habits during puberty. How do i get forward growth and is my maxilla and infras recessed?

you do look recessed. Looks genetic but it couldve been caused by mouth breathing

surgery is the only thing that can help your maxilla and infras, but for downward growth, you can try testosterone + hard chewing

more than maxilla more importantly chin is recessed, fix that with nose breathing really simple
