How to fix downward growth

I have some maxilla projection, recessed to slightly projected, but that it not whats bothering me. I hate this downward growth i have, I’ve been mewing, thumb pulling. I wanna get a DIY maxilla forward expander trying to find the right dentist? Rate the side pls?
