Should add a Lefort 1 osteonomy so the combination is what called bimax or double jaw surgery by doctors if I can see u front gonna be better (mark it as a solution)

I have medium to high downward growth. maybe medium at minimum. and also I know hyoid. maybe I can do rapid mouth opening. it’s something I’ve been eyeing down but idk if it works. and also my bf level I don’t fucking know bc i’m just an idiot but I understand
