How to fix dry and red eyes?

My eyes will get red and over the day get hella dry, was gonna order sum lumify for the redness but heard doesnt help with the dryness. Is there anything that can be done or just get away from the fucking screens??

pretty simple fix.

Use both lumify for redness and some regular eye drops that you can find OTC for dryness (I mix both all the time since I wear contacts)
