How to fix dry hair

My hair is black nd wavy but ig damaged and dry
How do i fix that

wet your hair with water, cold, warm, hot, doesn’t matter. then dry it with a cloth.
then, use hair oils. i personally use moroccan hair oil, (PS i have extremely frizzy and damaged hair), and use just a small amount, apply the oil on your hand, and rub your hands with the oil. then, apply to your hair in a motion as if you are petting a cat. don’t scrunch up your hair. you can do this in the morning, or you can do this at night, if you wear a bonnet to sleep.

get a good shampoo and conditioner use shampoo ones a week and use leave in conditioner and you should be good
