How to fix dry hair?

My hair is sometimes dry af, other times it has top-tier texture. It's just so random. What can you do to always have good hair quality like this?

heat cauterization, hydration, reduce shampoo usage ( like 1/2 times a week )
about the heat cauterization: i dont know how is this called on english tbh, but its a REALLY good way ( probably the best way actually ) to hydrate your hair

also: i forgot the most important one: use leave in;
my hair look like shit if i dont use leave in lol, its not even expensive as well

the english word is KERATIN TREATMENT, didnt know that.
