How to fix dry lips?

biggest thing for me at least when it was bad with accutane, which ik youre not on now, was just putting a shit tone on at night. And then during the day i tried to use a strong but matte aquaphor thing so it doesnt look all shiny

Don't brush them this is bad advice, u will irritate them as lips skin is extremly sensitive! I struggled for over a year with super dry lips and what helped me the most is cerave healing oitment(it's like upgraded version of vaseline) If u are gonna use plain old vaseline make sure u wet ur lips before bcs if u only put vaseline on dry skin, u're gonna seal in dryness! Other top tier options to try:cicaplast(lip balm)/aquaphor(a bit risky as u can develope an allergy to lanolin in time) Also stop licking ur lips in case u do this

during the day, keep reapplying

this lip balm, you also need to uptake your vitamin B intake (Milk, Eggs,Greek yogurt) then at night, the most important step is to use panthenol cream in a tube, apply it to your lips after using toothbrush on them and let it dry a little bit, then apply vaseline to lock it in overnight. Do this for a few days and your lips will be fully healed.

Brushing them has always worked for me? what if you have chapped lips aand you have that dead skin over it. Just brush gentle and then use a hot towel to rub away the dead skin then put on lip balm

Keep crying with ur 100setps shitty routine, I gave an easy routine and I also speak from experience bcs I understand op's problem, as I struggled for a year with this problem and it took me ages to solve it

Brushing is too harsh for lips skin, that's why scrubs aren't ideal neither bcs with the dead skin, u will also brush fresh skin and u don't want that when healing dry lips! At first lips will seem better, but after a few days that skin will come back! If it works for u great, just saying it's not ideal and for me it always made my problems worse

Late, but you need to improvise Overall Blood-flow you can do this by Physically Challenging Yourself, Cardio.. Working-out ETC.

This works, because water distribution is improved along with blood-flow.

Resulting in a more Young & Ripe appearance.
