How to fix duck lips

Part of my face between upper lip and nose is to forward in relationship to chin.
I used to suck thumb till 13.
Surgery recommendations?

I really dont feel comfortable doing that and there is no difference.When I try to photoshop this picture by moving backward upper face and forward chin like bimax it looks bad.Probbably because my rammus is already long so bimax is making it even longer.If someone of you can photoshop it and make me belive that it will improve my looks I would really aprichiate it and I know that there are guys here with serious photoshop skills.

I wouldn't do bimax. I'd get bsso+ genio instead. Maxilla looks fine, lower part is more projected while lower third is recessed. The upper maxilla seems the most recessed though.

Yes, who says bimax should never give any tips about surgery. He has "duck lips" because the lower part of the maxilla grew, while the lower third didn’t. Bimax would only worse the problem with the enhancement of only the lower maxilla and not the upper one..(here's the famous chimp effect). A totally recessed maxilla looks like this
