Is there any actual way to reduce ear projection without otoplasty, or is surgery the only option?

Looking for budget-friendly ways that actually work in practice to fix or reduce the angle. Drop any real methods if they exist.

An otoplasty is going to be the only way; can’t you do it for around 5k?

Otoplasty is the only permanent way to fix oversized/flaring ears.

It will cost between 3-5k, but it will permanently fix your ears, so it's a pretty good investment in the long term.

Yea there’s a tape, I forgot the name but you basically put it behind your ear and it sticks, not permanent but ig it works.
