D 3 + k2 taken after eating fat. Both are fat soluble vitamins which means your body can only absorb it if you eat fat beforehand. For example yogurt cheese or whatever. 25 k can be taken 2 times a week. Or once weekly depends how deficient you are. Take 15k every 3 days or 5 k daily or whatever. Also if you take too much d3 you have to take k2 with it or you might get clogged arteries from calcium buildup
