how to fix excessive upper eyelid exposure?

i used to have really nice eye area, but since ive done oral minoxidil and developped bad trichomegaly, my upper eyelid are really swollen and i have terrible upper eyelid exposure, almost like a ptosis. is there any surgery to correct upper eyelid exposure? thanks a lot
