how to fix extremely damaged hair

my hair is something like the one in pic
after rain it is 2c
when it is dry it gets so frizzy it is unimaginable

keratin conditioners didnt work at all

i wanna try out Based leave in conditioner
what yall think

Get any sulfate free shampoo or conditioner (based is a good option) and the things that helped me was shower everyday, shampoo once a week, comb it before use of shampoo or conditioner and towel dry by scrunching or airdry.

If it’s really like that you might want to take oral minox and sit (if above 18) and just grow it out and cut the damage off

Yes it selectively blocks in the scalp but doesn’t go that systemic ( negligible if it does ) it’s really good for your hair as it blocks both dht and test in hair follicles you should be taking it for your hair and especially if on AAS

didnt really work tbh i made it extremely short and regrew but it is still dry, has to be really bad hair genetics
