High gonial angle is usually associated with recession of the maxilla, not mandible (i.e. downswinging or clockwise rotation). You can clearly tell from his x-ray that he doesn't have an overjet

How can I make my frontal view look more like this? I feel like my chin is too wide for that, and that most conventionally attractive jaws come with a more pointy chin:

(my side view already looks like the above, just worried about front since mine is narrower and more roundish instead of angular)

Two pics, one where my eyes are in the resting state / drowsy and another one that's more alert. As you can see in my x-ray, my orbitals are extremely round so I am assuming that's the cause of my high set eyebrows. Is there any implant that can make the orbitals more rectangular??
