Use topical minox (Oral minox if you can get your hands on it) on your eyebrows, then dye them. Thats about it. Squint a little i guess .
Also hydrocortisone for your nose.

Your eyebrows is what holds you back, they are very high set and have a big gap between them. Use minoxidil and maybe a brow pencil to decrease your glabella width and to get them to seat lower given your age there isn't much that you can do but later on you might want to look at supraorbital rim implants and forehead botox, that would also help with the UEE since the fat that it's supposed to drop on top of your eyelids is getting pulled up because of the position of your supraorbital rim. Also, curling your eyelashes might help masking this a bit
