Thats not bad if acne doesnt clear up hop on accutane (Not really its just sunscreen which is a bit more tan. anything to mog)

dye brows and lashes, hop on tretinoin (fade your scars and helps with redness after purge), not sure your bf % but if you can afford to drop a little bit of fat i would, tinted spf, and try to fix your eyelids, or just fraud with squinting (tretinoin might help with your lower eyelid).

id try grow your hair out a little too and see how that looks
