How to fix eye assymetry?

Basically while my right eye is decent, but not perfect (negative canthal tilt) the left eye is way droopier and pointing to Mumbai

I don’t think that softmaxxing can do anything can it?

So knowing all my hardmaxxing / surgical options could be ok. Thanks!
