you can try eye pulling to make your right eye longer like ur left is, ive seen it work for some although it is temporary so do it before you go out, you can also try holding a slight eyebrow squint during pictures or 24/7 when ur out on your right eye to match your left eyes hooding

Fixable, if you look at some of my threads/posts I actually had completely worse eye area than you. Unfortunately the racepill (asian) uneven eyes are pretty common and we get surgery for it.

I've actually went both ways to fix asymmetry. I went from complete uneven to Monolid and then realized that I just think double eyelid is better so ive been training double eyelid although it has been hard to maintain so I might plasma pen.
When I was like 12:

Your prolly just trying to fix the double asymmetry and not going mono so this is what I did.

The reason why ur eyes are uneven is because of the crease in your upper eyelid. On one side the crease is higher and the other the crease is lower and less prominent

Trace the crease you want and hold you eyes to see if its even. Then you have to train it with either Eyelid tape or trace and hold the fold
